Gift vouchers

If you would like to send a present to a friend i can take payment over the phone and either email you a personal voucher for you to give or send you a gift voucher by post either to you or your friend direct You will receive a receipt immediately with purchase via email or text. 

Alternatively you can pay by PayPal direct to Relax in harmony account or pay cash or card face to face .

Please remind your friend to bring voucher with them when having a treatment if they do not have it with them , they will be charged for the booked treatment in full. 

Confirmation/Cancellations

When you make a booking Relax in harmony sends you a confirmation of your booking and sends you details of location and what you need to know if it's your first time.

Approx 24 hrs prior to treatment you will receive a reminder via the booking system if you can't make the appointment please text or call or email Relax in harmony to cancel at least 12 hrs prior to treatment I get very booked up and have a waiting list in case of cancellations so if you fail to let Us know in plenty of time or on the day not only you have missed an appointment another client has too! 

For this reason if you cancel after 12 hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50-100% of treatment booked or if you are on a course of treatment this session will be deleted from your course and marked as 'no show'. 

Failed payments- 

I expect to be paid on the day of treatment failure to to do this will be charged a late payment penalty of £20 per day. 

Courses expiry :-

if you booked massage minutes these are to be used with in 2 months of purchase 

You can book courses for any treatment x6 which you pay for 5 - the expiry time for courses are to be used with in 1 year from date of purchase. 

Courtesy note

Please assure you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment allowing time for relaxing on bed prior to treatment. Please also give yourself time to wake after treatment... 

If you arrive late you will still be charged for the full treatment .
